Jonathan Block is an entrepreneur based in New York City and Kansas City, the Founder/CEO of TheHub.fm and Major Hana Records and a partner at Adva Mobile, a music industry mobile marketing/sales company that has launched over 1600 band and brand mobile sites since 2008. He has a 32 year track record in the music business, started a successful independent record company in 1982 while attending Syracuse University and served as Vice President at AGF Entertainment, a management company that managed the careers of Suzanne Vega, Shawn Colvin and Eric Anderson. Mr. Block went on to launch Major Music, a management company known for establishing worldwide fan bases and significant revenue streams for a number of artists including G. Love & Special Sauce, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Fred Wesley and The JB Horns.

George Consagra has been the Chief Executive Officer of GoodGuide, the world's largest source of information on consumer products for green and health since August 2010. The company raised $14mm in VC funding from NEA, DFJ and Physic Ventures. GoodGuide was bought by Underwriters Lab(UL) in August of 2012. In 2008, he joined Scribd as President. Scribd.com is a venture-backed start-up, and is the largest social publishing site on the web with 100mm unique users a month. Mr. Consagra was COO at Bebo.com. Bebo was the third largest social networking site in the US, and number one in the UK, Ireland and Australia with 42m registered users, 10 billion pageviews and 24m unique visitors per month. Mr Consagra was employee number 28 and reported to founder and CEO Michael Birch. Bebo sold to AOL for $850m in cash.

Herb also worked for Merrill Lynch early in his financial services career in the Kansas City market. In 2005, Prochnow was awarded ownership of the expansion franchise that came to be known as Kansas City Brigade of the Arena Football League. He served as owner and President of the team until 2007. Today, Prochnow also serves as President and CEO of Connexsus, LLC, one of the nation's premier direct marketing service companies, providing telephony, data management, data consulting, call center and e-commerce services for domestic and international marketers.
